ALL cancellations MUST be done via email. The email must be time stamped by the minimum days listed below to be eligible for a refund.
- CANCELLATION - LODGING: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel FIFTEEN (15) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel FOURTEEN (14) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
- CANCELLATION - HOLIDAY: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date.
Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.
- CANCELLATION - NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a "NO SHOW". "NO SHOWS" are subject to the same cancellation policies.
PROCEDURES AND POLICIES
All cottages are non-smoking. If there is smoking, odor of smoke, or damage from smoking a $150.00 per day cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card
For stays of less then a week we require full payment upon making reservation
If staying more then a week we require 1/2 the rental amount for deposit
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express
Check-in is after 3:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am
Make prior arrangements with our office staff if you need to check-in later then 8:00pm
All posted rates are based on double occupancy, with a $10.00 per additional occupant charge in select cottages
Maximum cottages occupancies are designed for your comfort and are strictly enforced
Rates are subject to applicable taxes and can change without notice
Some of our cottages are pet friendly with an additional charge of $10.00 per pet per day
No pets over 25lbs
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and agree to pay for any charges that may arise from said damage
No lit candles will be allowed in any of our cottages
