Policies

• Plans do not include Resort Fees. Resort fees must be paid at the time of booking, or, at least 15 days prior to arrival.
• All reservations bookings based on availability.
• Maximum number of cabins that can be booked per visit is (3) three.
• Plan expires 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
• 1 year expiration also applies to the Pirates’ Cove Water Park passes.
• 4-seat Golf Cart type/color is based on availability
• No changes or substitutions of benefits
• Upgrades must be done prior to your first booking
• Unused nights and water park tickets may not be carried over after the expiration date
• NO REFUND on any Glamp-Pak Value Plan
• Cancellation policy as stated in your reservation and printed in your confirmation applies. Cancellation of booked Glamp-Pak nights are subject to forfeit of one GLamp-Pak night. Reservation dates can be changed once as a one-time courtesy, without forfeiting one night with 72-hour notice.

PAYMENT The entire contract price may be paid by cash, credit card, or check. Check payments require completion of check processing prior to booking the initial reservation.
