Policies
- Plans do not include Resort Fees. Resort fees must be paid at the time of booking, or, at least 15 days prior to arrival.
- All GlampPaks are subject to taxes.
- All reservations bookings based on availability.
- Maximum number of cabins that can be booked per visit is (3) three.
- Plan expires 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
- 4-seat Golf Cart type/color is based on availability
- No changes or substitutions of benefits
- Upgrades must be done prior to your first booking.
- Unused nights and water park tickets may not be carried over after the expiration date
- NO REFUND on any Glamp-Pak Value Plan
- Cancellation policy as stated in your reservation and printed in your confirmation applies.
(ex: Cancellation policy: cancellations must be 15 days prior to arrival and are subject to a 1-night cancellation charge. You would forfeit one night of your Glamp-Pak.
Reservation dates can be changed once as a one-time courtesy, without forfeiting one night with 72-hour notice.
