To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, we’ve established clear guidelines and reservation policies at North Texas Jellystone Park™. Please review the rules and policies below before your visit.

What is Your Payment/Cancellation Policy?

  • Reservations are guaranteed by Credit Card. Payment is accepted by both Debit and Credit Cards.
  • Please Note: A 3% fee will be assessed for payment made by credit card.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit/debit card. we DO NOT accept CASH for any reservation.
  • North Texas Jellystone Camp/Resort requires a 50% down payment and the remainder of the balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Guests must be 21 years of age to book a cabin.
  • Reservations made for a holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Reservations made for holidays, or with Special Deals/Discounts are non-refundable at the time of booking.
  • The 50% down payment is immediately non-refundable after the reservation is booked.
