Fall Fiesta-Pre-Esta Family Weekend

Who says you have to wait for Halloween to start enjoying the fun of the spooky season? We like to kick things off a little early here at North Texas Jellystone Park.™ Every weekend, beginning September 23rd, through October 30th, we will be celebrating Yogi Bear’s Fall Fiesta with fun fall-themed activities for the young and those who are still young at heart. Look no further for a fun fall getaway for the whole family. Learn more about how to plan your weekend staycation with us.

Here are a few of the “Falltastic” themed events we have in store for you.

• Our younger campers will get to witness the magic of growing a pumpkin in our Magic Pumpkin Patch.
• The artists in your family will enjoy the themed crafts and seasonal art projects available in the Art Zone.
• Those willing to test their slingshot skills can enjoy our Hurl to the Pumpkin Launch event.
• Be sure to enter our Pumpkin Decorating Contest to show off your creative side.
• Don’t forget to dress up and show off your costume during our Costume Fashion Show!
• Kids, be ready to go Trick or Treating throughout the park and load up on candy and goodies on Saturday evening.
• Guests are also welcome to hand out candy to the children staying in the park during Trick or Treat.
• Guests staying in the park can also decorate their site or cottage and enter our Site Decorating Contest for a chance to win a big prize! 
• Join us Saturday night for some spooky fun at our Annual Haunt! You won’t want to miss this one folks!

Registration/sign-ups will open the Friday or Saturday of the events during designated times, which will be announced on the activities schedule.  Pre-registration & pre-payment will not be accepted via phone or email.

Regularly scheduled activities at our family-friendly resort include:

• “New” Archery Tag® – Announcing our latest family fun activity, Archery Tag®. “What is Archery Tag®?” You may ask. Archery Tag® is an intense mix of dodgeball, paintball, and archery.
• Fire Truck Rides – Explore the Park from atop a real honest-to-goodness fire truck.
• “Hey, Hey, Hey Rides” -Guests of all ages enjoy this adventurous ride through our resort! The ride goes along with the theme of the week.
•  Arts & Crafts – Make your own souvenir, paint a ceramic, get a glitter tattoo, or, make a tie-dye shirt, just to name a few options.
•  Family Dance Party – A new way to experience the kind of wholesome family time under the stars which can only be experienced here.
•  Paintball and Laser tag – An excellent test of skill and loads of outdoor fun.
• “Bear-Roll” Train Rides – A huge hit with our little campers, plus a bear will meet you there to give a big send-off.
