Some of Our Featured Patriotic Events

• Kick of the festivities at the Art Zone where you can channel your creativity and make a patriotic craft that showcases your love for the land of the free and home of the brave.  
• Fuel your competitive spirit at our Hot Dog Eating Contest! Gather your appetite and show off your eating prowess in this classic American contest. 
• Search high and low throughout the park with our Red, White, and Blue Scavenger Hunt for items in the colors of the flag, solving clues, and enjoying a patriotic quest that’ll have the whole family engaged and excited.  
• Take center stage and belt out your favorite patriotic tunes at our Karaoke stage dedicated to celebrating America.  
• Cool off from the Texas heat and make a splash on our Wet “Hey, Hey, Hey” Ride! It’s a refreshing and fun-filled adventure through the park. 
• Show off your best “Uncle Sam Costume” in our Uncle Sam Look-Alike Contest
• Join the Let Freedom Ring parade around the park by decorating your golf cart, bicycle, or even yourself in patriotic colors and symbols.  
• Get creative and deck out your campsite or cabin in as much patriotic decor as you can muster for our Independence Day Campsite Decorating Contest! Prizes will be awarded for the Top 3 sites!

Regularly scheduled activities at our family-friendly resort include:

• Archery Tag® – Announcing our latest family fun activity, Archery Tag®. “What is Archery Tag®?” You may ask. Archery Tag® is an intense mix of dodgeball, paintball, and archery.
• Fire Truck Rides – Explore the Park from atop a real honest-to-goodness fire truck.
• “Hey, Hey, Hey Rides” -Guests of all ages enjoy this adventurous ride through our resort! The ride goes along with the theme of the week.
• Arts & Crafts – Make your own souvenir, paint a ceramic, get a glitter tattoo, or, make a tie-dye shirt, just to name a few options.
• Family Dance Party – A new way to experience the kind of wholesome family time under the stars which can only be experienced here.
• Laser tag – An excellent test of skill and loads of outdoor fun.
• “Bear-Roll” Train Rides – A huge hit with our little campers, plus a bear will meet you there to give a big send-off.
