- Open/Concealed Carry of Weapons
- Crossover Utility Vehicles, ATVs, & Dirt Bikes. This includes John Deere Gator and other similar vehicles.
- Personal golf carts: We do make allowances for guests with mobility challenges. Please See Our Golf Cart Policy
- Hoverboards, motorized scooters, and other motorized toys
- Gas & battery powered scooters
- Non-motorized scooters, bikes, skateboards, & skates are to be used in designated areas and are not allowed on sidewalks, patios, playgrounds, or in the pool areas
- Motorcycles are permitted as transportation only in and out of the park
- Drones & remote controlled aircraft of any type are not permitted

Wristbands must be worn by all guests, at all times, while in the Park. Broken wristbands may be replaced at the Ranger Station. Lost wristband requires a replacement fee.

PARK ENTRY
All persons entering the park must be accounted for.
Non-registered guests will be subject to a $52.50 per person/day fee and a $10 parking pass fee
All guests in the park must wear a wristband. Staff at the entrance will assist with wristbands. Each site/cabin has a maximum occupancy limit.

ANNOUNCEMENTS!
Food Service has now moved to Pirates’ Cove Grill, in Pirates’ Cove Water Park. Breakfast and all the dishes to feed that hungry family are available during these hours.
Kountry Kreamery located inside the Bear’s Den will continue serving all their delicious homemade ice cream flavors and specialty drinks during these hours.
NOTE: Pirates’ Cove Water Park is Now Closed Until the 2023 Season.
Opening May 20, 2023
The Game Zone and Pirates’ Cove Grill are currently operating during the off-peak season. See our operations calendar.

What’s Included in your stay?
An Activities Waiver must be completed for each guest, and each guest’s wrist band must be validated, at the Activities Desk (#3 on the Map) in the Bear’s Den, as proof of the waiver completion. Get instructions and complete waiver here.
