Welcome to the next level of guest service at North Texas Jellystone. You may now request services via text. Many of your questions about the park may be addressed on our Trip Planner Page.

Below is an example of the types of service requests/questions you may text.


PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, Linen change out is not provided, except in an emergency. Replenishment service is available between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.

Delivery of cabin items such as:

Note: please request deliveries between 9:00 am-Noon. Requests during other times may experience a delay.

      • Towels
      • Blankets
      • Pillows
      • Toilet Paper/Paper Towels
      • Soap Items
      • Coffee replenishment

Other housekeeping services may be requested as needed.


Repair/Troubleshooting of items such as:

      • Heating/Air Conditioning
      • Plumbing

      • Questions about your reservation
      • Ranger Station questions

      • Department Hours
      • Pirates’ Cove Information


After-hours assistance for the items listed above, Plus:

      • Site location assistance
      • Noise disturbance
      • Parking
