Deposit, Payment & Cancellations Policies at North Texas Jellystone Park™

Reservations are guaranteed by Credit Card. Payment is accepted by both Debit and Credit Cards.

All cancellations must be sent via email to prior to the designated cancellation times listed in the chart below. Failure to cancel your reservation by designated time and date forfeits all deposits and payments. All cancellations are subject to a one-night fee. Deposits are forfeited if guest checks out prior to the check out date.

Daily Fees

North Texas Jellystone Park™ now charges a daily per-guest fee posted to each guest room that allows us to offer an array of generous amenities and services for an all-inclusive fee. This charge will be billed directly to all guests at a Daily Rate, per person/per day, to a maximum of 3 days, or $25.50.

Ages 0 – 2: FREE

Ages 3 and older: $8.50 per person/per day

Additional Taxes

In addition, there is a 7% Texas State Sales Tax, as well as a 6% Lodgers Tax for most rooms.

Maximum Occupancy

Rates are based on occupancy limits for the specific site/cabin/cottage.

Guests (up to max. permissible in the accommodation type) are charged $8.50 per person. (for persons 3 years or older).

Maximum occupancies are designed for your comfort and are enforced.

PAYMENT: Visitors are required to pay appropriate camping fees on arrival. Please do not change assigned site without office approval. Only one camper unit per site.

Campers are the finest people on earth. Our rules are simple, please be considerate of your neighbors and the North Texas Jellystone Park™ resort. Enjoy your stay!

OPEN/CONCEAL CARRY OF HANDGUNS PROHIBITED– Pursuant to Section 30.07 Penal Code (Trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under Sub-chapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (Handgun Licensing Law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly.

Other lethal weapons fireworks of any type, regardless of open carry or concealed carry, are not permitted.

ALCOHOL: Must be in a plastic container, or covered on any of our fun rides.

FIREWOOD: Gathering of firewood is prohibited in the park. Firewood is available for purchase at the Ranger Station.

POOL AREAS: Glass containers are prohibited. Children under 14 years of age must have an adult present with them in the pool area.

SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in any building or cottage. If you choose to smoke outside, please do not throw butts on the ground.

WASTE WATER: State forbids waste water on the ground. This includes dishwater and sewer rings.

GENERATORS: Please do not operate generators in the park or conduct any mechanical repairs, including changing the oil.

SPEED LIMIT: Please drive slowly and carefully in the park. The speed limit is 10 mph.

TRASH: Please help us keep our Park clean and attractive by placing trash in the dumpster.

STORAGE: Outside storage of personal items is not allowed. Please keep the site neat and tidy.

QUIET TIME: Please be considerate to your neighbors and the surrounding wildlife by being quiet from 10:00 pm – 7:00 am.

VEHICLE WASHES: Please do not wash vehicles or trailers.

RESTROOMS: We are proud of our clean restrooms. Help us keep them that way. Please report any damage or untidiness to the manager. Restrooms are open 24 hours.

LAUNDRY: The Laundry Room is open 24 hours. No clotheslines on sites, please.

MOTORCYCLES: Motorcycles are permitted as transportation only in and out of the Park.

DRONES: Remote controlled aircraft of any type is not permitted.

HOVERBOARDS: Hoverboards are not permitted in the park.

SCOOTER, BIKES, SKATEBOARDS, & SKATES: These are to be ridden on designated areas and are not allowed on sidewalks, patios, in the playground, or in the pool areas.

BBQ GRILLS: Please do not place BBQ grills on table tops.

GOLF CARTS: No personal Golf Carts are allowed. This new policy has been mandated by our insurance company. We have added more golf cart rentals to our fleet to assist in this inconvenience. All Golf Carts are to be driven on designated roads.

CROSSOVER UTILITY VEHICLES & ATV VEHICLES: These are NOT ALLOWED. This includes the John Deere™ Gator and other such vehicles.

PARKING: There is limited parking at our campground. Each reservation is allowed one vehicle at no charge. Each additional vehicle will be assessed a charge of $10.00 per day. The extra vehicle must either fit in your campsite or be parked in the overflow parking.


Dogs of non-aggressive breeds are allowed at our resort and we request they be 35 lbs or less.  We DON’T restrict the number of pets; however, our guests with 4-legs must be accompanied by at least one 2-legged friend. Please keep your pets on a leash at all times.

Arrangements must be made prior to arrival so that we can place guests with pets in pet-friendly accommodations. Dog gone it, these accommodations are limited, so call us well in advance!

A nightly fee of $25.00 will be charged per pet, with the exception of personal RV Sites. Pets are not permitted with guests who are tent camping.

Should a pet be kept in accommodations not arranged for that guest, a minimum of a $250.00 cleaning fee will apply. Remember, we don’t want to bark at you (and YogiBear™ would find the drama un-bear-able), so kindly let us find you a pet-friendly accommodation and avoid such a charge.

If a dog’s behavior results in complaints by other guests, the owner may be asked to board the dog in an outside kennel facility.

Guests will be charged for any damage or additional costs caused by their pets.
