Please carefully review our Policies, as outlined below.

Deposit, Payment & Cancellations Policies at North Texas Jellystone Park™

Reservations are guaranteed by Credit Card. Payment is accepted by both Debit and Credit Cards.

Please Note: A 2.5% fee will be assessed for payment made by credit card for monthly/longterm reservations. We do accept cash or check for monthly/longterm reservations.

All cancellations must be sent via email to prior to the designated cancellation times listed in the chart below. Failure to cancel your reservation by designated time and date forfeits all deposits and payments. All cancellations are subject to a one-night fee. Deposits are forfeited if the guest checks out prior to the check out date.

*Holidays include New Year’s Weekend, Spring Break, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend and Christmas Weekend.



In addition, there is a 7% Texas State Sales Tax, as well as a 6% Lodgers Tax for most rooms.

North Texas Jellystone Park™ charges a daily per-guest fee posted to each guest room that allows us to offer an array of generous amenities and services for an all-inclusive fee. This charge will be billed directly to all guests at a Daily Rate, per person/per day, to a maximum of 3 days, or $36.00.

Ages 0 – 2: FREE

NOTE: Effective March 1, 2020, the resort fee will increase to $12 per person/per day, to a maximum of 3 days, or $36.00 per person.


Guest Services Representatives will assist all guests in putting on their wrist bands upon arrival. Wristbands must be worn at all times when in the Park. A fee will be charged for lost wristbands.

Late check-out  If you would like to extend your stay, please drop by the Ranger Station to make arrangements, or contact the Reservations Office

Rates are based on occupancy limits for the specific site/cabin/cottage.

Guests (up to max. permissible in the accommodation type) are charged $12.00 per person. (for persons 3 years or older).

Maximum occupancies are designed for your comfort and are enforced.

PAYMENT: Visitors are required to pay appropriate camping fees on arrival. Please do not change assigned site without  Reservations Office approval. Only one camper unit per site.


VISITORS: Must be registered as an additional occupant on your reservation, in accordance with applicable seasonal pricing, as well as an additional parking fee of $10.00 per day.

Non-registered guests will be subject to a $25 per person fee and a $10 parking pass fee

All guests in the park must wear a wristband. Staff at the entrance will assist with wristbands. Each site/cabin has a maximum occupancy limit.

Items Not Permitted In Park



Pursuant to Section 30.07 Penal Code (Trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under Sub-chapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (Handgun Licensing Law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly.

Pursuant to Section 30.06, Penal Code (Tresspass by holder of a license to carry a concealed handgun) A person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (Concealed Handgun Law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun.

Other lethal weapons fireworks of any type, regardless of open carry or concealed carry, are not permitted.

ALCOHOL: Must be in a plastic container, or covered on any of our fun rides.

QUIET HOURS: Please be considerate of your neighbors and the surrounding wildlife by being quiet from 10:00 pm – 7:00 am.

SPEED LIMIT: Please drive slowly and carefully in the park. The speed limit is 10 mph.

SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in any building or cottage. If you choose to smoke outside, please do not throw butts on the ground. Guests who smoke in the room will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee. 


DRONES: Remote-controlled aircraft of any type is not permitted.

HOVERBOARDS: Hoverboards are not permitted in the park.

GAS & BATTERY POWERED SCOOTERS, BIKES, & TOYS: Gas & battery-powered scooters, bike, toys, and vehicles which do not require a Texas drivers’ license to operate are not permitted in the park.

NON-MOTORIZED SCOOTERS, BIKES, SKATEBOARDS, & SKATES: These are to be ridden in designated areas and are not allowed on sidewalks, patios, in the playground, or in the pool areas.


GOLF CARTS:  Personal Golf Carts are not permitted in the park. This new policy has been mandated by our insurance company. We have increased the number of golf carts available in our fleet to assist with this policy. All Golf Carts are to be driven on designated roads. More golf cart information.


CROSSOVER UTILITY VEHICLES, ATVs, & DIRTBIKES: Are not permitted in the park. This includes the John Deere™ Gator and other such vehicles.

RAFTS/BOATS/FLOATING CRAFT OF ANY TYPE: Are not permitted in Miller Creek, in Stafford Lake, or in any body of water on the property.

MOTORCYCLES: Motorcycles are permitted as transportation only in and out of the Park.


PARKING: There is limited parking at our campground. Each reservation is allowed one vehicle at no charge. Each additional vehicle will be assessed a charge of $10.00 per car per day. The extra vehicle must either fit in your campsite or be parked in the overflow parking.


TRASH: Please help us keep our Park clean and attractive by placing trash in the dumpsters, as designated on the Park map.

WASTEWATER: State forbids wastewater on the ground. Sewer rings or threaded fittings required.


LAUNDROMAT: The Laundromats are open 24 hours. No clotheslines on sites, please.

RESTROOMS: We are proud of our clean restrooms. Help us keep them that way. Please report any damage or untidiness to the manager. Restrooms are open 24 hours.

POOL AREAS: Pools are open from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm. Glass containers are prohibited.  Alcohol is permitted but must be in a plastic cup/concealed container, such as a koozie. Children under 13 years of age must have an adult present with them in the pool area. Please read additional pool rules posted in pool areas.


FIREWOOD: The gathering of firewood is prohibited in the park. Firewood is available for purchase at the Ranger Station.

BBQ GRILLS: Please do not place small BBQ grills on table tops. Guests will be responsible for the damage.

FLOOR MATS: Please do not put doormats or rugs on grass.

GENERATORS: Please do not operate generators in the park or conduct any mechanical repairs, including changing the oil.

STORAGE: Outside storage of personal items is not allowed. Please keep the site neat and tidy.

VEHICLE WASHES: Please do not wash vehicles or trailers.


Dogs of non-aggressive breeds, 25 lbs and under, are only allowed in pet-friendly cabins for a daily fee of $25. Pre-approval is required. Personal RV Site rentals are not subject to this fee. Pets are not permitted with guests who are tent camping.   

Arrangements must be made prior to arrival so that we can place guests with pets in pet-friendly accommodations. These accommodations are limited, so call us well in advance!

Should a pet be kept in accommodations for which previous arrangements were not made, a minimum of a $250.00 cleaning fee will apply. so kindly let us find you a pet-friendly accommodation and avoid such a charge.

We DON’T restrict the number of pets; however, our guests with 4-legs must be accompanied by at least one 2-legged friend. Please keep your pets on a leash at all times. Also, please clean up after your pet. Absolutely no pets are permitted in any building, except service animals. Pets may not be left tied up outside your RV or cabin.

Pets are not permitted in the playground area.

If a dog’s behavior results in complaints by other guests, the owner may be asked to board the dog in an outside kennel facility.

Guests will be charged for any damage or additional costs caused by their pets.
