Long Term RV Site Service Policies

LONG-TERM RV SITE SERVICES RENTAL POLICIES

  1. All payments will be auto-drafted on the 1st of every Month Any site fees over 5 days late are subject to a $25 per day late fee, or eviction from the park. Any right granted to you is through a revocable license, which may be terminated at any time. There are no refunds on any prepaid rents. This is not a lease
  2. There will be an additional 2.5% charge when paying your rent and electric charges with a credit card. To avoid this 2.5% charge, you may pay with a check or cash.
  3. All long-term guests 18 years or older will be required to complete a background check
  4. All guests must register in the office upon arrival. North Texas Jellystone Parkrequires at least one person in the rental party to be at least 21 years of age. Violators will be considered trespassing on private property. Only one family per site. A family consists of the parents or legal guardians and up to two dependent children. Additional people (after 4) will pay additional fees of $50 per month per extra person.
  5. Long-Term RV Site guests must register their visitors with the Welcome Center x7009. Visitors who are going to a Long-Term site will be subject to a $10 parking fee and will be required to place the parking pass on their rearview mirror during their stay. The visitor pass will expire at midnight on the date of issue.
  6. All residents’ Site fees and Utilities are due on the 1st of each month and North Texas Jellystone Park will auto-draft the credit card provided at the time of initial check-in. Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. We always require a valid credit card to be on file, one that we can auto charge for rent, electricity, and the Internet. It is the responsibility of the guest to keep valid credit card information on file.
  7. A Maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed per site. All vehicles must be registered at the office and are subject to approval by the park manager. Unidentified vehicles will be towed away at the vehicle owner’s expense. Disabled vehicles or those without current tags, flat tires, inoperable, abandoned vehicles without a parking pass, or expired inspection is not permitted in the park and will be towed at the owners expense. All vehicles must be parked on the designated parking area of the site, not on the grass or on an unoccupied site. No on-street parking. Any vehicle or trailer parked on an unauthorized site will be charged a daily rate for that site.
  8. VISITORS: Campers are responsible for making their visitors aware of park rules. Please notify the Reservations Office of visitors coming to your site in the park. Visitors using any of the parks amenities will have to pay for the daily admission pass fee and $10 for parking. Visitors must park in the overflow parking if they do not fit on the site they are visiting. Visitors may not park in unoccupied sites or in the street or on grass for any reason as towing is enforced.
  9. To ease congestion and make access to our park easier for all of our guests, you MUST show your Parking Pass when you enter the park. If you do not have a Parking Pass, please come to the Ranger Station and get one. If you do not show your Parking Pass, you will be stopped.
  10. Motorcycles are permitted as transportation in and out of the campground only. Joy riding within the park boundaries is prohibited. Bicycle riding is permitted on the roads. ATV/Hover Boards/Dirt Bikes/Ebikes are not to be operated in the park
  11. Personal Golf Carts must be registered at the front desk and approved. Drivers must have a valid driver‘s license to operate any motorized vehicle on park grounds.
  12. No vehicle repairs, maintenance activities, fluid changes, or washing/rinsing of vehicles/RV is permitted in the park unless you use a preferred vendor of North Texas Jellystone ParkPark. For a list please contact management at the front office. 
  13. The use of Generators is not permitted in the park.
  14. THE SPEED LIMIT in the park is 10mph. Please drive cautiously and always watch for children.
  15. This is a drug-free campground. The use of illegal substances is prohibited and knowledge of this will be turned over to the authorities. No smoking or E-Cigs Vapor Devices of any kind are allowed in any of the park buildings or pool areas. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in a proper manner. 
  16. Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Rowdiness, loud music, abusive language, drunkenness, and possession or use of drugs will not be tolerated at any time and will be turned over to the authorities.

  18. Please do not remove picnic tables from any site without permission from the office.
  19. Use plastic bags for your garbage and place garbage in the dumpster. Trash is to be put in dumpsters provided and never left outside your RV. If maintenance is required to pick up trash left outside a long-term site, a $25 per bag/item fee will be assessed and charged to the card on file. 
  20. No firearms, fireworks, BB guns, pellet guns, bow & arrows, paintball guns, or slingshots are permitted at any time other than park-owned items used for park-sponsored activities.
  21. We do not permit swimming, canoeing, boating, rafting, or wading in Stafford Lake. Boats, Kayaks, and Canoes must be stored away inside the trailer if they are on-premises they cannot be left outside of the RV. The amenities included with long-term RV site rentals are the pools, catch-and-release fishing pond, and playgrounds only. If long-term RV site guests would like to participate in the daily activities, North Texas Jellystone Parkprovides, a per person/per day fee which will be assessed at the applicable rate at the time requested. The only persons eligible for this·discounted rate is anyone listed on the  contract below.
  22. Anyone under the age of 18 must always have a parent or legal guardian in the park. Please know where your children are at all times. Long-term RV site guests are responsible for their children and visiting children’s behavior at all times. Anyone under 13 years of age found wandering the campgrounds without an adult present will be escorted back to their residence by a Park Host staff member.  ·
  23. We do not accept mail or packages at North Texas Jellystone. Please make sure that you get a P.O. Box for your mail and packages. If you have packages delivered by Amazon, FedEx, or UPS, they may deliver directly to your site. Nearby Locations for PO Boxes:

  1. BEHAVIOR: Objectionable conduct of any kind, violation of any park rules, or anyone causing a disturbance may be asked to leave the premises and will forfeit all fees. Please respect your neighbors and do not walk, park on, or drive through their sites.    
  2. UTILITIES: If you are using a sewer hose, Texas law requires that a sewer hose must use a rubber donut. Absolutely no discharging of black or gray water onto the ground. Electric is charged to the monthly residents by the kWh used.
  3. All sites must be kept neat and tidy and items may not be stored under or around the RV. North Texas Jellystone ParkManagement determines tidiness. Failure to comply may result in eviction or clean-up by management at the renter’s expense. No hanging of laundry outside or tying anything to the trees. Please keep your space clean, orderly, and free from debris. Lawn furniture and BBQs are permitted but subject to approval. No temporary buildings, structures, outside appliances, etc., without management approval. 
  4. No commercial activity is allowed. 
  5. Outside carpet is not permitted. 
  6. Each reservation is allowed 2 vehicles per site, only if both vehicles fit at the site and do not protrude onto the grass, encroach on a neighboring site or hang over into the street.
