Load up your gang and blast off into a family space-themed getaway. It’s Galactic Adventure week at North Texas Jellystone Park™! Prepare for an out-of-this-world adventure exploring our “outer” spaces! It’s time to gather your crew, load up your spaceship, and set out on an unforgettable family getaway that’ll take you to our great outdoors. Join Yogi Bear™ & Friends as they venture “out of this world” and play space-themed games and events all week long! Get ready for the best camping experience available on planet Earth!
Far Out Featured Events Include:
- Build your very own Rocket Ship during craft time! Design and construct a spacecraft fit for an intergalactic voyage.
- Channel your inner rockstar and get starstruck on our karaoke stage. Sing your heart out to celestial tunes and cosmic melodies.
- Embark on a space odyssey with friends and family in our Space Shuttle Relay! Navigate through challenges and obstacles in a relay that’ll make you feel like you’re on a journey across the galaxy.
- Test your basketball skills that defy the laws of gravity in a thrilling game of Knockout at our Game Pavilion. Do your basketball skills defy the laws of gravity?
- Search the park for mysterious footprints and join the Alien Invasion Scavenger Hunt. Follow the clues and track down the hidden footprints left by extraterrestrial beings.
- Join in on the Moon Walk Relay Races and showcase your best dance moves! Glide and groove through space-themed relay races that’ll have you feeling like you’re bouncing across the lunar surface.

Regularly scheduled activities at our family-friendly resort include:
- Archery Tag® – Announcing our latest family fun activity, Archery Tag®. “What is Archery Tag®?” You may ask. Archery Tag® is an intense mix of dodgeball, paintball, and archery.
- Fire Truck Rides – Explore the Park from atop a real honest-to-goodness fire truck.
- “Hey, Hey, Hey Rides” -Guests of all ages enjoy this adventurous ride through our resort! The ride goes along with the theme of the week.
- Arts & Crafts – Make your own souvenir, paint a ceramic, get a glitter tattoo, or, make a tie-dye shirt, just to name a few options.
- Family Dance Party – A new way to experience the kind of wholesome family time under the stars that can only be experienced here.
- Laser tag – An excellent test of skill and loads of outdoor fun.
- “Bear-Roll” Train Rides – A huge hit with our little campers, plus a bear will meet you there to give a big send-off.
